Here's something a little different for you guys, I kept the heart (like I always do) but also kept the caul fat. I wrapped the heart up with the caul fat and baked it in the over over sweet potatoes and onions, It tasted much better than the picture makes it look! As hunters I always think we should be adventurous in our eating and harvesting of wild game, don't know you won't like it till you try it!
