Wyoming MTn Goat Tag Unit 3

Hey all. I drew a Wyoming Nonresident Man Goat Tag for unit 3 looking for any outfitter recommendations. Is there any non wilderness areas within the unit that holds goats. Ideally I would Hunt it DIY but if the only option is wilderness looks like I will have to hook up with an outfitter. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks A.J.
