Wyoming Late season cow elk on hunter managment areas ?

Thinking about applying for a unit 7 or 23 late season cow elk hunt next year, does anyone have advice or experience with the hunter Managment areas in these units ?

Area 7 has lots of elk and some newer access through HMA's, etc.. Call the Laramie office and they can tell you more. G&F is really trying to get that population down some and more landowners are willing to allow cow hunting. Nov.hunting can be tough with the weather so be prepared. Some ranch access on the NW part of that unit but the Casper folks hit it hard.
