Is there a PDF file I can down load for rules and regulations for the general elk tag?

I'd like to get an elk with my bow however if I can't fill my tag during the bow season I was told that I could still hunt during the rifle season also. My question is can you use a muzzleloader instead of a rifle?

Yes, a muzzle loader is legal during the gun season. Not sure if you can print regulations for the current year right now. Next years won't be available for several months.

A hard copy of them comes to you if you draw a tag, after they have been finalized, as well.
