I would go to the top of pine creek trail and the head of sweet water. Spike a camp up there. Not much pressure up there. I hunted from horses and it was to difficult to navigate. There are a lot of down pine trees! If I went back I would spike tent, park on the fire road and return for supplies. BTW lots of mule deer and antelope on the edge of pines/sage. I saw deer every day, 1 small buck. I am sure when the rut hits it maybe a sleeper spot.

after hunting it last year,ill have 4 years to think about it till im at 3 points again.If I do hunt it in the future,,,ill go much later in the season.
