I just need a little help with how to apply for mule deer. They are divided by regions but on license types and fees page each individual unit is listed. So my question is do I apply for a general and it includes all of the units in that region or do i have to be unit specific? Sorry if it is a silly question, I just do not want to make a mistake non my app. Thanks for any input.

As a non-resident, you have to pick a specific General area to hunt. When you are filling out the application and click on the unit number, scroll down all the way. The general areas are listed after the numbered units. Just click on the one you want. Type would be a 1 if you are buck hunting. Don't worry about the specific unit numbers...just put your X,Y,G,H etc. down.

There are 2 choices. Non residents can either apply for a region general tag, or a limited quota tag. The region general allows you to hunt in any general area in the selected region. The limited quota allows only the specific unit.

Thanks guys that is the answers I needed. I thought I was on the correct path but wanted some confirmation.
