Wyoming area 19 elk

I have a type 2 tag and not finding any elk. all the areas i saw elk in earlier in the year seem to be empty. Anybody have any advice for this area?

we've been having the same problem in area 7, problem is that this little bit of snow pushed the elk down onto private land, same thing may have happened over there, I hadn't seen an elk since oct 15th till i saw some saturday and we killed two bulls yesterday
