Wyoming antelope unit 32?

My wife and I both have 2 pts and put in for unit 32 antelope we are hoping to bow hunt the last week of august. I talked to a Game and fish and they recommended this unit to us. Any suggestions since I have submitted our apps and still can change them if we need to.

We put in for regular draw 1st choice
and for a doe tag each also.

They said the most hunting pressure we might see is elk hunters heading to the mountains.

Thanks
Ian

32 is extremely convenient as you can stay in Casper at a hotel and be hunting within 20 minutes. There is a good HMA, "Muddy Mtn HMA" which will give you access to a lot of private land and there is a lot of public land as well. Trophy potential here is bleak but a solid 14" buck scoring in the low to mid 70's is achievable. End of August would be a good time as it will still be hot and you should hit it before we start getting some additional afternoon Thunderstorms. Not much for bow hunting pressure so it should be a good hunt but don't expect to see any large bucks here. Its been a very dry winter but we've picked up some good snow the past few weeks so hopefully we have a good wet spring to help with horn growth and forage. Good Luck!

As a resident of casper 32 is my second choice unit. I got a 78" goat from that unit 2 years ago hoping to hunt it this year. Good luck with the draw let me know if you get it.
