WY Unit 41 Cow tag

Apologies if this has been answered.

My buddy is a WY resident and bowhunts elk in 41. They do sell type 4 "antlerless" tags, but there is also a type 9 archery only "any elk" season. My question, and I can't seem to find an answer on the Game & Fish website, is can I buy a cow elk tag and archery hunt at the same time as my buddy?

I know some units you can buy a type 1 tag, and then an archery permit in addition to that.

Would that be something that you could do with a cow tag in this unit?

Yes, you would be able to hunt from September 15th through the 30th. You will need to buy a archery permit, and a conservation stamp along with your cow elk tag to be completely legal.

If you're talking about this year, all the tags in area 41 are sold out.
