Did you see SF0002, weighted bonus points for sheep and moose. Effective 2032. 50% issued by weighted bonus point drawing, the rest totally random.

Looks to me like it will be 75% preference 25% weighted bonus from 2026-2031 and 100% weighted bonus points starting in 2032.
Beginning on January 1, 2032 and for each calendar year thereafter, all applicants with preference points shall have their preference points converted to weighted bonus points. Beginning on January 1, 2032, one hundred percent (100%) of available licenses issued under this subsection for an antlered moose or ram bighorn sheep within any hunt area shall be randomly selected through a weighted bonus point drawing where each applicant has a number of entries equal to the applicant's number of weighted bonus points.

It's great for people with little to no points. It's terrible for guys like me who would eventually draw because of my point total. The weighted bonus point system is a sham. Your odds of drawing go down exponentially yearly due to the number of new applicants that will jump in yearly.
