They divide the total number of points the applicants have combined. In your case 6+7=13. Then they divide it by number of applicants in the party, in your case is you two. So you guys will have a point total of 6.5.

Well, no elk tag for me this year. Last year with my points, it was 100% draw for the unit I applied for. Not this year apparently. Hopefully I will draw my mulie tag.
