Of course if a person had enough money then they could have a high dollar attorney just keep kicking the trial down the road while you are free to travel the world shooting whatever you want, wherever you want. lol

I understand the whole Innocent until proven guilty but I cant believe this case doesn't get more coverage on forums.

Thank you for sharing. Of all the cases I read about on a weekly basis, this one is actually fairly tame compared to most of the others. As always, the punishment rarely fits the crime.

Just from the title of the article I was thinking the fine was excessive. But now not so much, after reading the article. Probably didn't help that some of the hunting/poaching was done on the Wind River Indian Reservation! I do wonder why they kept emphasizing that the landowners' outfitting business was not licensed. In Wyoming landowners are allowed to provide guided hunts without being licensed on their own property.

Attorneys love to kick the can down the road because they charge for each appearance in court, even if its just to request an extension. Many attorneys make alot of money kicking the can down the road. Its one of the reasons so many cases take years to settle.
