WY area 83 Antelope

I burned my points last year on area 74 antelope. Im thinking of buying the special tag and applying for area 83. I'm looking for bucks in the 80 inch range. Is this possible in 83? Like to get some feeback on people who hunted last year.
Hope to combine this hunt with some flyfishing around Cody. I will probably buy some antelope doe tags if I don't draw. I really like eating antelope.

About 10 years ago or so there was a pretty big die off but there was some nice ones. there genetics are still around. i can be done

I think B+C shows maybe one B+C antelope coming out of that county in the last few years. Not everyone enters their goats but other counties have a bunch more entries than that. Doesn't tell the whole story so take it for what its worth.

I talked to the biologist for that area and he sumed up what you said about it. There are some good antelope there, but not many real big ones. With no points, I'm woundering if its worth the extra money but there are not to many good areas you can draw with just the special tag. Still have some time to decide. May just buy a point and wait for left over doe tags.
