I got a chance to buy an almost new Leupold Kenai spotter for $400. Just curious what others think. There isnt many reviews on this spotter so I'm kinda on the fence. The cheapest one I found new was $700. Would you jump on this or hold out for something better?

If it was already on my list of items that I was planning on buying, then yes, I would pull the trigger and buy it.
If it was not already on my "buy" list, then I would have to pass on the spotter.
That is just how I go about buying gear. This keeps me focused on buying what I have already decided that I need or want to add to my gear inventory.
I have no first hand knowledge of that particular spotter, however.

I've been looking for a spotter for some time now. I just dont want to spend thousands on a good spotter. I havent heard anything bad about the Kenai and this is less than half price. I think Im gonna go for it hopefully I dont regret it later lol. Thanks again

As long as it is in good condition, I'd jump on it. If you end up not liking it, you can probably get your money out of it.
