Guessing many didn't notice- The elk had a broken rear leg. He was going to die by one means or another in the next month or two. Still hard to watch.
Crazy video, this bull had a really bad day, looks like he lost a fight, broke his leg, then up and gets munched on by a grizzly bear...

That's a video that the Bambi huger's need to see. The only problem is that they would want whoever took the video to go shoo the bear away from the elk and then nurse the elk back to health.

I once watched a pack of coyotes take down a fawn. The mother went ballistic trying to save it, but there were just too many. Once she knew she had lost her fawn she started bucking, spinning in circles, stomping the ground and kicking.
It was rough to witness. There was nothing “humane” about it. Most folks don’t have a clue how it really goes down.
On the comments below that video, some idiot said “shame on you for not trying to save the elk”.
