I was watching tucker carlson tonight and it seems gabby gifford has a bill to ,"stop the violence".


her genius idea is to ban all muzzleloaders.

no one NEEDS a 50 caliber.

I know wisconsin was talking about going back to federal law...ie felons can own/hunt with 1 shot muzzleloaders, or antique firearms? not sure that means modern muzzleloaders? or literally 150yo muskets?

there are plenty of gun loving liberals, but then there are clueless libs who make it clear they know very little about guns, hunting, etc...

The guy clearly had no clue that a 50cal muzzleloader and a .50barret are very clearly 2 different rounds/power etc...

I notice them barking up the wrong tree many times, banning the 50 barret? ie. you ban 1 round, anyone can develop the .51 barret....

50 state universal background checks for all purchases and transfers is much more arguable IMO than banning the 50cal, etc... or the ar15.

What's funny to me is they act like the 5.56 is far more lethal a round than others? I'm not sure this is the case, from a hunting perspective you can't even use a .223 cal on antelope.... perhaps fragmentation makes the 5.56 more lethal to humans? but the 30.06 is vastly more powerful than the 5.56.... in energy terms.

no didn't miss the point.I think most on this site are aware of that.those that aren't ,by now,likely never will be! yet one must continue to try.

main reason I posted this thread is to point out just that.

NO GUN is safe! it's not really about safety it is about CONTROL. LIBERALS ARE NOT MISSINFORMED , most are just completely ,unaware. those in power ,working libs like the puppets they are, know exactly what they are doing.

here in there cali after the first of the year you will need a permit to buy ammo and you will only be able to buy 50 rounds at a time and will not be able to bring in from out of state or buy online

I'm not stirring any pot?? in fact , I wasn't even thinking about you when I started this thread I just started this thread because liberals (gabby gifford and the like) are trying to do it again. it is a FACT that they want to outlaw all guns. just because you can't admit it , doesn't change the truth of that.

sometimes politics are very relevant to hunting. I also wish that it were not so but it is the world we live in.

seems to me it is the liberals always trying to silence those who they disagree with.
