I'm not hearing too much encouraging news about the 2nd season muley hunt in 76. Apparently from what I'm hearing it's a much better early season high country tag either archery or muzzleloader. Any info from anyone who has hunted either elk or deer during 2nd rifle in terms of how many deer quality bucks were seen would be appreciated. I may very well turn my tag back in and just save my points unless I can get some better intel that what I;'m hearing so far. Thanks for nay help pr advise. Tony

Game warden or biologist one(can't remember which) told me to not waste my points on 76 deer a couple years back. I was talking archery with him. He said there was no reason for 76 to be a draw unit that took that many points. Not sure if this helps for second season but that's what I was told.
