My 22 year old son told me a couple days ago that he really wants to do a hunt before starting college in the fall. This late into the application season, I think Wyoming pronghorn may be our best option and we are in good shape for points. With college starting on Sept 24, I think we are best off with a Sept 10 opener so that limits our choices. I think our best bets are 90, 91, 93, 94, 95 or 96.

Any of them should be a good antelope hunt, especially since it is his first. Do any of these units stand out in your mind for the overall experience?

Trophy Quality?
Fishing?
Hot Springs?
Good Eats Nearby (Steakhouse, burger joint, etc.)?
Sage Grouse hunting?
Scenery?
Jackalope?
Others?

Feel free to PM me if you'd rather. :)

I vote for unit 93.

Then you can give me a good report on it when I draw it next year. That is unless I get lucky and draw it this year.
