Struck out on elk, but hit a deer tags for me, my wife and my son. Three separate trips, end of September muzzleloader, end of October Rifle and end of November youth rifle. Somewhere in there I’ll have Colorado elk tag too. I might spend as much on diesel this season as I did on on the tags! (Not complaining though)

Drew for 16C First Archery Elk. This is definitely a lifelong dream tag I have been waiting for since I was a kid watching the Truth About Hunting series with Primos. Shaping up to be an amazing season as a buddy from work is slated to draw a Unit 2 Rifle bull tag for Colorado as well.
