When is AZGFD Opening Up Online Apps?

When is Arizona opening up online applications? The website says "Arizona Hunting Regulations 2014-15 are Available Online Paper applications for fall hunt draw now being accepted; Online applications available early to mid-May"

It seems like May 20 could qualify as "Late May".

I talked to the Phoenix office yesterday and they told me they are planning for today, Wednesday May 21, for the computer to be up and running.

This is nuts…I just checked too. I want to apply on Saturday after the Nevada results come out and we know how much time we have to set aside for my wife's desert sheep tag with only 2 points….lol.
