5-6 chicken breast
Family size can of cream of mushroom
8oz of sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup diced onion
2 celery stalks diced
Jalapeños (for Hotness) add or subtract amount to taste
2 cans of Nothern beans
2 cans of pinto beans

Seasonings: pepper, garlic salt, seasoned salt, tlb spoon of chili powders. Add Cayanne pepper if you really want fire. I add heat based on who's eating it.

Cook chicken in oil or butter

Sauté onions celery and jalapenos in separate pan.

Combine all ingredients into one pot and simmer on low. I add milk to thin it to a soup consistency (wife like it).

Place in bowl add mozzarella cheese and sour cream to top. It's also great to eat with Tostitos scoops.

Done!

Enjoy

Well, tonight we had just some good old fashioned elk roast with potatoes and carrots that was in the crock pot since 8:00 a.m. My daughter said that elk is now her favorite food! Have to go get some more sometime!

Turkey Surprise! First your neighbors turkeys get in your yard and crap all over, then you get your bow, add the arrow quickly and surprise you have dinner! Cooked skinless with McCormicks barbecue rub in an oven bag. Man I love my neighbors!
