I survey in remote country all the time. Nothing surprises me. Especially when it comes to meth heads or pot growers. I never go into the field without a gun.

Always carry a side arm whether it's bow hunting or rifle hunting... Never know what lunatic is out there.

One problem with Utah where this occurred is that a bow hunter can not have in his possession a firearm unless he also holds a concealed weapon license from what I remember of the law. This is where you need to know the laws of the state that you are hunting in.

They did the right thing by just reporting these two jack wagons to the local sheriffs office and let the law handle it.
