What should I expect hunting out West!

I was sitting here looking at many of the threads going on right now and many of them have to do with the "What should I Expect? " question. Maybe it would be a good Idea on each of the state sections to have a sticky where people that hunt each state to post a little bit about the area. I don't mean giving out any honey holes or spots but just a general feel for that part of the state. Like me I hunt SW Montana so I could post on that thread about the terrain, the weather for the time of the year, etc for SW Montana. Would be a good go to thread for each state. What do you guys think?
