What contractor does your state use for license and draws?

Nevada just switched to kalkomey.

I think that is who the majority of states now use. If not the main office at least a branch one.


Utah uses some company out of Fallon, Nevada. For some reason the name escapes my mind right now. I also heard a rumor that Colorado was using the same outfit but I could be wrong on that, they like keeping everything in house so they can keep more money.



I just did some checking and the companies name is System Consultants. They handle the draws for Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Idaho, and Kentucky.

Here is some info on it:

Systems Consultants is a Nevada based organization providing Wildlife Administrative Services to five states (Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Idaho, and Kentucky). These services are different in each state but include application and big game drawing processing (Utah, Nevada, and Kentucky), hunter survey results (Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and Idaho), internet and phone boat registration renewal (Nevada), and vendor license sales processing (Nevada, Kentucky, and Utah).
