Just got my WM bag. It came with a compression stuff sack and another large cloth like bag. What is this large bag for?
Is it for storing the sleeping bag when not using?

Yes, the large bag is for long term storage. The less the bag is compressed the better.

yup, down loses its loft if compressed too long.
