Hey folks. I drew the Wenaha Rifle bull tag for this November! Anyone out there have any advice or intel. on the unit/hunt. Thanks in advance and hope your draw results were favorable!

Congrats how many points did you have? I have been putting in for the bow hunt and had 16 I will have 17 going into the 2015 season.
Thanks. I'm one of the few that got lucky and drew the tag with just a couple of points. I was planning to archery hunt but put in just in case like i've done my entire life. Got lucky... Hopefully I'll be able to provide you with some intel this season for your archery hunt next year.

ive spring bear hunted it before and know the area well,,,it is the best elk tag in oregon,your very lucky,,,no wolf hunts here yet and yes ,wolfs are heavy in wenaha.one of the few places for a 350" bull if you hunt hard and avoid the overrun of spike only hunters at the same time.
