I replied to this thread a month ago and immediately applied this method to see if it would work. Now, I'm not a big guy who could use to lose alot if weight. At the beginning of May, I weighed 168. In three weeks I have lost 6 lbs, and am now at 162 (48 yo at 5'7"). My goal was 155lbs by Sept, but that'll be almost be too easy. I feel incredible and have tons of energy.
Once again, thank you for sharing the link. I have told many others. I do also mention to them that I also do alot of running and heavy pack hiking, but it does help when you feel like you can run forever and feel better.
