Weather conditions south of Thermoplis / Antelope

I've been trying to talk to the biologist for area 75 antelope but no luck yet. Its one of the areas I'm thinking to apply to
I was wondering if any of you residents that live in the area know if that area had winter kill an is the area is getting good rainfall this spring.
Any info would be greatly appreciated

There is a small reduction in tags for that region, but trust me there's still plenty of goats to be had.

Rainfall? It's still snowing in Wyoming. Yearly precipitation for that area appears to be close to normal. As far as winter kill, the next couple weeks can be critical. Late spring wet snows followed by cold can sometimes cause the greatest damage. By this time next month you should have a much clearer picture.
