Water Filtration Straws

I didn't see any threads regarding this topic....any members out there using straws and if so, the brand you bought and likes/dislikes...

Used on last week. Ran out of water on way back to spike camp. Almost forgot that i had it ha. Worked great. Dont recall name of it. I picked it up last min a local sportsmans warehouse. Guess up worked, no problems haha.

I got mine form a local outfitter store. It stay in my emergency kit, weighs next to nothing. Never use it except emergencies. But for regular use you should try the Sawyer bottle filter. You can fill the bottle, then drink form it. It basically is a straw in a bottle. It works. I bought one last year and used the filter in the bottle for my gravity bag, and it worked great. I make camp water for everyday use so I don't have to do it everyday. I'll buy a replacement filter to put back on the bottle this fall. The bottle is nice and has a pop up drinking tube on it. It's around $30.
