I hope you realize the quality tag you have. It may be the best elk tag you will ever have in your lifetime. You should have an 80% chance to kill a bull that is 7 years old, which is an older bull with good trophy quality. You should be able to kill a mature 6 point bull in the 300-330 class.
If I was in your shoes I would contact Huntin Fool early next week and spend $100 and join their service for a year. Once you are a member, you can talk to their consultants, they are all from Utah and will have familiarity with that unit. They will also send you their "Member Draw List", which will include names and telephone numbers of their members who have had that tag in the past. On that unit, I would bet you would get 10 to 20 names, and that would be the best $100 you could spend. You have a tag that is probably worth $6000+ if you went out to buy the same landowner tag, so do it right and get the information you need to do it well.
Those limited rut rifle elk hunts usually are not about getting way off the road, it is more about making sure you are in the right areas. The bulls should be going nuts bugling, and you will likely need the patience to sort through several nice bulls looking for the right bull.
Invest the time to arrive early and hunt the who season if you can swing it.
Go on You Tube and look up "Wasatch Elk Hunt" and you can see the quality of elk available.
Congrats on the tag.
