I use mine to supplement my rangefinder. I do more shooting, than hunting right now, so I usually use my rangefinder, while a buddy uses my Fury, to compare ranges. The fallacy of that operation, is he and I are both looking at steel targets that haven't changed their distances in years....

I haven't used them for hunting yet, but will be later this year. For comparison, I just ranged a house in the neighborhood at 838 yds, and used my rangefinder to verify basically the same distance.

Seems like they would work well for hunting.

Played with one. As I understand it, Viper HD optics with their 1,500 yard RF. Often cheaper to buy the individual units, may have been due to it being a new product. VG, not great optics, good, not great RF. Great for someone wanting a combo unit with 70-90% of top tier performance at 1/3 to 1/2 the $, or there abouts.

I haven’t had the chance to try them but I prefer a higher power and bigger mm for my binos so I doubt I would put out the cash for them.
