UTV's who uses one?

put the uhv in 4 low when going down hill and you will creep down the hill very slowly. I do that in my pick up all the time on real steep long roads.

A long time ago Polaris had an engine brake, when it would engage going down steep hills the tires would lock up from the back pressure the UTV would slide sideways and then roll, so they took it off. I have never had a problem with mine in low as long as you keep the clutch engaged.

I just got a Polaris ranger and looking forward to getting down the nasty logging roads a bit quicker here in Eastern Washington. For me its not a must have but sure nice for getting to spot to spot while turkey hunting, scouting new areas, and has been really nice for shed hunting this spring. its pretty nice!
