Hello fellow elk hunters...I pulled a Southwest Desert 2nd rifle tag this year. I have been hearing/reading quite a few conflicting reports on the elk in that unit (bull quality is way down,still good bulls to be found). What are your thoughts on the unit and type of bull a guy should expect to find. Would be great to hear from a couple of last years tag holders and folks that spend time down there. Pics would be great. Thanks!
