I don't think that you are required to be a resident. There is an online "class" that certifies you to receive the bounty for the coyotes. You do have to turn over a scalp and ears as proof and GPS info in a brown paper bag to a Utah Wildlife Office. The fawn survival has increased substantially due to the program being in place. Yes, you do have to be a resident. Also you have to complete the class. Then provide the GPS location along with the scalp/two ears and the lower jaw.
My nephew has turned in a few that he shot when he was with me in the last couple of years.
Luckynv you are right and I was wrong. I just took the cirtification course again and it doesn't say anything about being a resident or a non resident. They must of change it after I first looked at it years ago.
I'm going to have to see if I can pick up a few bucks this coming deer hunt while I am over there.

Yea, but 3 or 4 of them helps pay for the trip.
The nice thing about where I am I can get over there to cash them in with no problem and visit family while I am there. A little bit different from California.
