CoDak, I had that tag last year. I didn't get to hunt the opener, which I think it was during the week. I did go out on Sunday morning and saw a decent buck cross in front of me and run onto a 3 mile section of Pawnee. Drove up about a mile and hoped to cut him off. I did take a decoy and he showed up just below me. Buddy held up the Montana decoy and he snorted several times and when I stood up he was coming to me at 102yds. He then stopped and turned and I shot. It was over pretty quick and I was surprised to find one so fast. I was a bit mad that the CPER had quit letting hunters in to hunt. So I had to stick with the Pawnee.
