Scout the best you can from maps, phone, and any other source. Sounds tough but it can be done. Like most hunting you get what you put into. I did it last year and was what I considered very successful for never being with in 600 miles of Wyoming. I spent 6 or 7 years researching and planning for my first Western hunt. All I can say is I waited to long jump in.

Best advice I can give is to take your time and enjoy it. Antelope are easy in general so don't feel any pressure to shoot the first buck you see.

Also know what to look for in a buck as I shot the first buck I ever saw. It was a good one almost 80". Did see a few others that might of broke 80" over 14 days, but I was happy with my choice. I saw many that were not even close to his size.

Get online and start looking. The phone numbers for all of the Wyoming game wardens and biologists can be found on the Wyoming game and fish website. I have had great luck talking to the local wardens and getting tons of info. Maps are available and at your fingertips, with all of the hunting websites and blogs you can find all you need. If and when you get a tag don't forget to download ONX maps on your phone. I have been to the Cowboy state to hunt one time, and have my name in the hat for this yr. Just put your nose down and get to work. Good luck!

I shot some antelope does in that area. There is enough BLM land to hunt and it should be no problem getting a buck antelope there.

Good luck in the draw.

You can literally drive anywhere on public land and find bucks. Be picky. Look over as many as you can.
This has been stated several times- Please do yourself a solid and adhere to it. You won't regret it!
Good luck and post lots of pictures upon your return.
