I was thinking of hunting this area for mainly mule deer as i hunt elk in a different spot. Any info on this area would be greatly appreciated i have never hunted this area but heard it might hold some nice bucks. Thanks for your help!

Funny, I was thinking the same thing. If my memory is correct, you can hunt 77, 78 and 771 on the same tag. I have seen a few nice Mulies in those areas, but always considered them to be better elk than deer areas back when we hunted there.

There are some nice muleys there but they are down lower in the oak brush. The only problem is that the oak brush is so thick that you can hardly get through but if you are willing to work for them they are in there.
