Yes, I think it's worth hunting. Expect lots of hunters though. Mostly small to average bulls for the most part. You can get into some decent hunting though.

Does the pressure stay consistent throughout the entire season, or does it taper off later in the year. I would prefer to come down later in the season and be there in more during the peak. Is there areas in within the unit that a person can hike several miles from the road and bivy out and be in areas that hold better bulls and less people?

Most of the hunting starts on the divide road. May be hard to get away from other hunters but always a chance to get a bull that comes out of unit 61 which might be a little better. Do allot of home work before you decide.
