Unit 500 Archery

I was thinking about applying for unit 500 archery only tag this year and actually start hunting different states. Does anyone have any info on this area, private land? like the previous post, is any bull a good bull? Access? basically any info is helpful. Not looking for where the elk are, just any basic info that may be helpful in the decision. Thanks in advance!

I would l look into how much hiking and recreational use that area gets. I have not been in that area but have been west of there and there were hikers everywhere in some places even a few miles in where the biologist told me I would be all alone.
