3 1/2 weeks after surgery, started PT yesterday. Woke up this morning a little sore. Did some stretching, coffee and my mile walk. Pt will be 3 days a week until at least mid October. Still losing weight, over #60 this morning when I got on the scales, has taken 18 months.

Really happy with the results of surgery, I did find a great Doctor for sure!
