Today's Menu - Teriyaki and TexMex snack sticks and Hot Dogs

Ground up 30 pounds of venison and pork ( 45% venison, 45% pork loin, 10% pork fat). 10 pounds of each flavor stuffed into 21mm casings. Hot dogs turned out fantastic. I've been using kits from curleysausagekitchen.com and everyone I have tried has been fantastic.

Those look great, for mustard I'd use Woeber's Jalapeno mustard.
