While fishing 20 miles out of San Diego found this blowup toy on a kelp patty.
On one fishing trip 60 miles out of SD we where trolling for tuna and a parakeet landed on the boat i put it in a box the but the pour thing died an hour later all i can figure it came from a ship

Yeah, for real. I saw the bit of tube sticking out, and when I tipped the rock over, there it was. My 12 year old son was with me and said, "Dad, what the heck is that?" I told him it was an inflatable saddle pad.

As a retired cop, I get your point. I seldom see those types up in the mountains though as it involves too much work to get there. I do run into some Euphorians though, but they're mostly decent people even if somewhat misguided.
