We got another good soaking in Eastern Oregon yesterday. After a couple of weeks of real heat, it was nice. More importantly the high country will stay green awhile longer = better antler development. Things were looking good early on, and now they should get even better. If we get another good rain in mid August, I think it will be a record year for horn growth. Keeping my fingers crossed. I will pull my trail cam cards next week and hopefully the prof will be in the photos.
