I should have read this thread before I posted a question your picture thread. That's discouraging when you work so hard for a shot and that happens, but that is the nature of the game and most of us taste many defeats before we succeed. I should know, this morning I had two nice muley bucks come in at 10 and 12 yards with was unable to loose an arrow. Frustrating. Hang in there pcc2b and maybe I'll see you next year in Colorado.

Happens to all of us. Put on a nice stalk and have everything happen textbook, except when at full draw the buck stood and all I could see was his face...15yds away! Hang in there and one day your luck will turn around.

That seems to be the norm for all of us that choose to chase big Muleys in the high country with a bow. I look at it this way, every time that happens I learn a lot from what I could have done differently and it makes me that much hungrier for the next time I am out. We all pay our dues and your luck will turn around. Good luck and God bless.
