The hunt stats typically come out this week. Looks like Mountain Goat will be up this week for sure and I hope they get the rest out soon.

So just fyi this may not go smothly with the new site. My son drew a turkey tag and they had to replace it because of bad dates on the tag. The new one is also for one turkey any sex not one bearded turkey. So ill have to call them tomorrow. Its the same size as a costco receipt but the printing is so small you almost ( yes im getting old) need a magnifying glass to read it. This will be interesting to see how well this goes.

I was trying to crate new login yesterday and got no account found message, same for my younger son, older son was ok, sent them email and talked to them today, lady said that all accounts have been joint together, they are working to separate them now. I think everybody should check their account in advance, dont wait till last day as they will be very busy.
I sure hope folks don’t wait till the last minute. When big changes happen big problem can accure

DFG lady was very helpful, they separated our accounts and I was able to sign up for each account with different email. I was just surprised how could they merge three accounts with different ssn and IDs.

Ya some things just do not make sense. I had a buddy got his account separated into 3 accounts. That is part of the reason I checked my account months ago. Just in case there was going to be some kind of an issue. I got lucky and didn't have a problem, but plenty of folks around here definitely had issues.

I wouldnt mind if they double or triple my points, it would be nice to know if somebody got more points during transition to the new system, probably nobody would complain about that, just keep his mouth shut

I could sit here and say I wouldn't say anything but I know it would eat me up inside and eventually I would call NDOW to let them know of the mistake. Then I would hear it from every person alive!!!

Isn't that right? I always try to return if I find something but nobody returned my rangefinder I lost about five years ago : ) I remember when I was visiting Europe and went to local bank to exchange $50 for local currency, lady made some mistake and gave me for $5,000, I didnt count them as I wasnt sure what was the rate and didnt wanna look like idiot who doesnt know how to count money, just put them in my pocket and went back to my hotel, at the hotel I was trying to count my money but it didnt make any sense, I realized that the lady at the bank made big mistake. Next morning I asked my friend who knew local language and we went back to the bank. At the bank we waited until same lady was available, came to the window, gave her the money and explained what happened, she got kind of mad, looked at us like at idiots, dropped the money on the table, gave us correct amount from her register without saying a word. We were leaving the bank with feeling like we done something wrong.
It’s sad that when you do the right thing, you know many wouldn’t have, and then be made it feel like a fool.

I've had a couple issues with the new system. I got my account all set up and linked my two daughters to it. Went to enter them into the draw for junior deer tags and no dice. None of the hunt choices would populate. So I figured it was because they were only linked accounts, and not a primary. So I unlinked my oldest daughter and created her own separate account. That wasn't it, it was simply a glitch with the junior draw at the time.
So, I sent a help request through the Contatct Us link. They were super helpful and deleted my daughter's separate account so I could re-link it to mine. They even sent me a couple follow up emails letting me know that the account had been deleted and that it would be the next day when the system reset for it to take effect. They also sent me another email when it was successful, so I could re-link the account.
By then, the glitch had been fixed and I got them submitted along with all of my own applications. That was a couple weeks ago.
Fast forward to this weekend. Got a text message from my bank regarding fraudulent charges on my card. So I had to cancel it. I sent another message through the Contact Us asking what would happen at the draw if that card is no longer valid. Within the hour, I got a response telling me to simply add a new card to my profile, and delete the old one. The system just needs a valid card attached to the profile. Very simple, and excellent support from the new system folks.

I saw the link accounts. It seems like that has been the most issues I’ve heard about. Also party tags have been difficult but the help from NDOW has been great and everyone got their issues fixed.

The way mine is set up, I am the primary account holder. My two daughters and my wife are linked to mine. They are basically sub accounts of mine. They do not have their own accounts.
It allows you to toggle between the people without logging in or out. Everyone's fees can be paid under one payment/transaction.
It's very handy for families or situations where one person is going to do all the computer work and make the payment.
I guess it is similar to how you used to set up a party in the old system. Get everyone entered then choose who is in/out of each application. This is much easier and intuitive than the old system.

When your logged in click on customer accounts, then you will see a link accounts tab.
Just curious now how the results will be posted. I know emails will go out but I’m really going to miss being able to look up friends results.
