We are going to be doing a lot of short videos to post up on Facebook over the next few months. Here is one just to introduce the new Bowtech. I will post more Bowtech videos on this thread in the future.

I wonder if guy, Ike etc from eastmans tune their bows themselves or do they send them out to a shop.

We do almost all of our tuning and set up ourselves. Like most of you, we don't live anywhere near a good bow shop. If I do encounter something I can't tackle on my own I will send the bow over to Wayne and Lisa at the BowRack in Springfield, OR.

Thanks for answering! I certainly like being able to go down to the basement and having a press, vice and all my tools. Also it gets me more involved with my bow and I can set it to what I want a tinker with it.

Kind of gives yourself some confidence knowing that you can work on your own bow and that it is dialed in. I really like the how to articles in EBJ lately too, Yahtsee (hope I spelled his name right) seems to really know what he is doing. I look forward to reading his articles, hope they keep it up.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Bow Rack and Wayne's crew. It's good to hear another +1. I've got them building me a bow and super tuneing it up for me. For me, it was worth the drive going to a place with a good reputation to help me get it all dialed in. I'm looking forward to getting up there when I get the call that it's done.
