I'm also on a pretty much Utah only forum and it would surprise you at how many hunters ask about their second and third choices in the hunts selection. Then they act surprised when they are told that all the tags go in the first round.

That's the problem with Utah, there is always a chance. I know one hunter how drew two LE elk tags before another one drew his first in the same unit.
