My uncle and cousin along with a friend of theirs in Utah drew Region K deer tags. Planning on pack muling with them on that and for their Utah elk hunt. Can't wait.

I took a clean swing and miss for basically everything aside from a late cow tag that i knew i always get...bummed to not get my antelope and elk, so i guess ill just have to resort to OTC deer in G and H and possibly a wilderness trip with the horses for elk anyway. Its tough being a dang resident!!

I lucked out on my second choice buck tag but did not get my doe tag. Can't wait for my first western hunt - although I could do without the solo 14 hour one way drive.

That drive will go fast with everything blasting through your head and anticipation of what’s to come

Well we shall see how it goes. I took Eastman?s advice on a top rated mule deer hunt this year and I drew unit 89.
Let the research begin.
Pumped and nervous at the same time.

Same for me except I have an early cow hunt and won't be in the wilderness for elk unless you're looking for a tag along lol. Learned a lot in the high country for deer last year, looks like I'll be back up there
