do your homework and put put the effort and a good bull is VERY doable.last resort you can barely throw a rock and not hit a cow

Grandson drew 48 September rut hunt, only 10 tags, also an extra cow tag. I drew a 48 cow tag,and extra cow tag.Going to be a fun year,hope to get him on a nice bull !!

Thank you ID. Late unit 22 deer for me. I was totally surprised with this one. I figured I'd be going up north for whitetails and since I bought a license, I might as well put my name in the hat for a controlled hunt or two.

Congrats on an awesome tag. I have never hunted it but I live fairly close by and have seen some really nice bucks come off that hunt. I a few of my friends have had it and killed some whoppers. We were on a fire up there a few years back and the rancher was pointing over to a ridge on fire and said "you wouldn't believe how many 200" bucks we have killed on that ridge."
