Just wanted to say there are some great animals harvested in this thread. Sorry haven't posted in a while. Just picked up a bow (Carbon Icon in Nov 2106). Spent a tough fall with some tag soup during elk but Jan 2018 mule deer hunt was good. Harvested my first anything with a bow. Fun but tough hunt. Missed a brute early on but got this young guy later in the week. Couldn't be happier. Hooked on archery now. Heck of a hunt with good friend and a new friend. Dave, if you're out there in the cyber world, hope the rest of your hunt was great.
